#Morrowind master of security Patch#

This bug is fixed by the Morrowind Patch Project. He also buys and sells Thieves Tools, though he initially does not have any in stock in most versions of the game (see notes ). He is the master trainer in Security, and also offers training in Acrobatics (66) and Sneak (66). No master trainer for Medium Armor appears in the game (Cinia Urtius is listed in the Construction Set but does not exist in-game). He is Captain of the Thieves Guild, and one of the most skilled at his craft. May allow you to overtrain to unlimited level. The weapons drop when you defeat the Final Boss of the Arena in Normal and Veteran Mode and are bind on pickup. The Dragonstar arena is a four man Arena in ESO, available with the base game and has two difficulty Modes, Normal and Veteran. Mentioned in the book Master Zoaraym's Tale. Master Weapons are the special Ability Altering Weapons that drop in the Dragonstar Arena at Craglorn.

Use a Calm Humanoid spell in order to talk with him and receive training, or use Chameleon and Invisibility to sneak up on him and talk before he attacks. Has a tendency to wander about a bit, even between training sessions if you want to train more than once in succession. He can be a brutal Mage, a savage tank warrior, and he can even do the stealth thing. Requires a high rank in the Tribunal Temple. Note: You can do most Telvanni and Mages Guild quests as a vampire. Leveling up increases every character's hit points. Your skill will not go above 100, but you will still gain the level up points (10/level).
